Mount Pleasant, IA –- AmericInn®, the largest mid-scale hotel brand in the upper Midwest, announced that it is expanding into Mount Pleasant, IA, with an opening of a new AmericInn at 1100 North Grand Avenue in Mount Pleasant, Iowa. This is the fifth AmericInn of the Des Moines-based hoteliers Kalpesh Patel and Bhupen Patel. The property will be managed by VKB Management.
AmericInn Hotel and Suites Mount Pleasant is a conversion that features AmericInn hospitality concepts that are being incorporated in all AmericInn hotels nationwide. The property has undergone extensive renovations including guest rooms, guest bathrooms, public areas and exterior. The hotel offers a swimming pool, complimentary wireless internet access and a 24-hour coffee bar.
