New hotel project ‘integral part of maximizing potential’ of downtown Enid, OK


After many failed attempts to get a hotel in downtown Enid, Oklahoma, they’re hoping that a “third time is a charm” with the recent news that Aston Management Co., a hotel ownership and management group owned by  Atul Patel, is building a Hilton Garden Inn with a restaurant and bar, room service, and at least 100 guest rooms.

“According to the term sheet, a 40 percent occupancy rate will be guaranteed over a five-year period and a $200,000 grant will be provided to the developer to offset parking lot construction costs,” stated an article on
