After many failed attempts to get a hotel in downtown Enid, Oklahoma, they’re hoping that a “third time is a charm” with the recent news that Aston Management Co., a hotel ownership and management group owned by Atul Patel, is building a Hilton Garden Inn with a restaurant and bar, room service, and at least 100 guest rooms.
“According to the term sheet, a 40 percent occupancy rate will be guaranteed over a five-year period and a $200,000 grant will be provided to the developer to offset parking lot construction costs,” stated an article on enidnews.com.
This hotel project remains an integral part of maximizing the potential of downtown Enid, it said.
