Mehul Patel of NewcrestImage planning four-brand addition to Dallas’ $1 billion mix-use project

A new “hotel campus” is being planned for the $1 billion Frisco Station project in Dallas, Texas. The four-brand addition will have 600 rooms and is being spearheaded by NewcrestImage, a hotel development and management company based in Lewisville, Texas. The four brands to be a part of the new campus include Marriott AC Hotel and Residence Inn, and a Canopy Hotel by Hilton and Hyatt Place Hotels.

In an article written for The Dallas Morning News, Mehul Patel, chairman and CEO of NewcrestImage, said, “Today’s travelers want new hotel solutions, so our properties are constantly evolving, improving and pushing the boundaries in design, amenities and services. Our four hotels at Frisco Station will dramatically raise the bar for how we make guests comfortable and how our guests make memories.”

The hotel campus will be the anchor to The Hub at Frisco Station, which will include more than 200,000 square feet mixed-use development. Construction on three of the four hotels will begin in January.
