PHILADELPHIA, Pa., Dec. 5 – The Cradle of Liberty Council of the Philadelphia Area Boy Scouts of America presented the 2019 Hospitality Industry Good Scout Award to AAHOA or its commitment to professional development and opening doors for hospitality careers to communities in the Philadelphia area. Recipients are selected for their outstanding community service and leadership. Chairman of the 2019 Good Scout Award Bhavesh Patel presented the award to Chairwoman Panwala. Patel is also a Past Chairman of AAHOA.
“We are fortunate to have a partner in the Cradle of Liberty Council to help create valuable professional development opportunities for the youth in the Philadelphia area,” said AAHOA Chairwoman Jagruti Panwala. “This award is truly an honor for the association, and I am grateful for the work that the Council does to build up our community. Like the Scouts, our objective is to help our members overcome obstacles and be prepared for the future.”
