NewcrestImage has added its first international hotel to its portfolio – a Courtyard by Marriott in Vadodara, India.
This is the first Marriott-branded hotel in the area. The property has 14 floors with 123 rooms expected to open in March 2021.

“With India’s hotel market growing at a compounded annual rate of about 13%, there is robust demand by both business and leisure travelers, especially in the mid-market segment,” said Mehul Patel, Chairman and CEO of NewcrestImage.
In addition to deluxe rooms and amenities, the property will feature a restaurant, café, an outdoor swimming pool, an underground parking garage, and meeting space including an outdoor terrace and rooftop deck.
