Association surpasses 2018 membership total; more growth expected by year’s end

ATLANTA, Ga., Nov.7 – AAHOA announced that it surpassed its number of hotel-owner members from 2018 to reach an all-time high. The association is already the world’s largest for hotel owners, and growth is expected to continue through the end of 2019 and into 2020.

“I am proud to announce that AAHOA’s hotel-owner membership is at its highest point in the association’s thirty-year history. We recently surpassed the previous record of 18,522 hoteliers achieved in 2018 and expect additional growth as we enter 2020. I applaud the hard work of our regional directors, ambassadors, and professional staff who all play vital roles in retaining existing members and attracting new hotel owners by demonstrating the immense value that AAHOA delivers to America’s hoteliers,” said Interim President and CEO Rachel Humphrey.

“AAHOA works on behalf of America’s hoteliers to help them make money, save money, and protect their investments, and I am pleased that so many hoteliers continue to see the value in AAHOA membership. We strive to advance and protect their business interests through our industry-leading advocacy efforts, educational offerings, and networking opportunities. The unique benefits afforded to AAHOA members equip them with the knowledge, skills, and connections to continue building on their own successes,” said AAHOA Chairwoman Jagruti Panwala.
