PeachState Hospitality, LLC, one of Georgia’s fastest growing hotel management companies is continuing its rapid development growth with the groundbreaking of its 14th property in Augusta, Georgia. This is the company’s second property in Augusta, home of the prestigious Masters Golf Tournament.
The Augusta project is a Marriott-branded SpringHill Suites development with 88 keys. PeachState’s sister company, Divine Development, is the project developer. The SpringHill Suites hotel will be located adjacent to the company’s Residence Inn by Marriott.
The construction is expected to be completed by the fall of 2017 and is expected to create in excess of 25 new jobs in the market. While this is PeachState’s second entry into the Augusta market, the company and Divine Development have one more property under development in the market, also a Marriott-branded hotel.
